I'm one of the few, born and raised in Arizona. One side of my family is native, and the others have been in AZ since the 1800's. I moved to the Phoenix area from the White Mountains after graduating high school. 

At the end of 2010, I started structuring Hunter Pest Control and officially launched Jan of 2011. I regularly credit Maricopa for the success we've had. The community immediately offered their support and helped Hunter Pest Control grow rapidly. My wife and 3 kids are all involved in Hunter Pest Control, with a huge amount of credit being owed to my amazing wife, Julie Rae and our oldest daughter, Taia, for our recent growth. 

In 2017, after growing Hunter Pest Control to a point that I was no longer needed in the field, I obtained my real estate license and quickly found success in the field. In 2020, 2021 and 2022 I averaged 87 transactions a year, with 93 transactions in 2021 and 101 transactions in 2022 making me the top single agent for number of transactions in The Maricopa Real Estate Co, and top 1% in the state of Arizona.
